colleen hoover's "verity" is making its way to hollywood!

If you thought you would be happy with only having a movie adaptation of her super best-seller “It Ends with Us,” Hollywood has news for you.
Her highly acclaimed thriller “Verity” will soon hit the big screens!
Amazon MGM Studios is the one behind the whole production; as of now, the movie is in its scripting phase.
According to Today.com’s article, Hillary Seitz is the master of writing the screenplay, while Nick Antosca and Alex Hedlund are acting as producers for the film.
While a release date for the movie has yet to be announced, the cast list has not been revealed.
"Verity" was initially self-published by Hoover in 2018. Then, in 2021, Grand Central Publishing picked it up for a wider audience.
I certainly remember when I first read it…and I must say it was in a single sitting on a random afternoon. It was so captivating, and I kept wanting more, and I believe I still do!
Now, I have a question for all of you: Which team are you on? Manuscript or Letter?
